Annual events
Every year, the Global Center sponsors eagerly anticipated gatherings such as the Institute for Curriculum and Campus Internationalization (ICCI). Held on IU’s Bloomington campus, ICCI is a four-day institute for higher education faculty, staff, and administrators to come up with new ways to internationalize their campus, courses, and curriculum.
Our Global Studies Positioning Series (GSPS) is another annual series that has become a centerpiece of campus academic life. We select topics, such as “Gender and Geopolitics” or “Cybersecurity and Changing Notions of Power States,” and invite scholars to lecture and lead interdisciplinary discussions.
