Funded by a grant from the IU Center for Rural Engagement (CRE), the Global Center is partnering with Professor Deb Getz in the School of Public Health-Bloomington in Brown, Greene, and Putnam counties to build multidisciplinary alliances, assess local assets, develop action plans, and address specific community needs. Through the Community Engagement to End Child Sexual Exploitation (CEECSE) project, the Global Center is advancing its multi-year engagement on understanding and addressing human trafficking as a global and local issue and supporting local communities, IU students, and IU faculty in working together to build solutions.
